Q: How do I know how many point I have?
A: Just log into your ShoppersStop account as normal, your current points will be displayed within your account.
Q: How do I know when I should get a free card?
A: Each time you reach 299 points, you can redeem your $5 Free Phone Card and your current points will change to "0" after you have received your free $5 Phone card.
Q: How do I get my Free Card?
A: Dont worry, your card will be sent every time you hit 299 points after you sent Redeem Request, this will be sent by email along with PIN & access number information.
Q: I have already ordered many cards from shoppersstop.com.au; do I get a card for previous orders?
A: Our points scheme starts from 10pm on the 1st of September 2006; we are unable to back date this promotion as you will appreciate.
